Employee Terms

  1. You will be on a bond for a period of 1 year and have to submit your all Academic Certificates in original. In case of your breakage of this bond, you have to pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)
  2. An employee can take up to 2 days off in a month. Additional off-days treat as Pay-off holidays only. Part-day or Permission which is more than 2hrs+ it will also considered as a off only.
  3. Each and every working day starts from 10.00am and ends on/after 6.00pm. An employee must enter into office before 10.00-10.10am. Continuous 4 days late attendance also will considered as one day off. Entry without ID card is also prohibited.
  4. Mobile phone/any communication/entertainment devices/social networking/mails does not allow in the working hours. Mobiles should be switched off while working hours.
  5. An employee should not have any contact with company’s customers, competitors as well. Sharing of any office premises such as a file, pictures, invoices, accounts, secure information with anyone is strictly prohibited.
  6. An employee should take care of all responsibility of each & every projects, assignments admitted to him/her. He/She should keep confidence on them.
  7. Increment, Incentive and Bonus calculations based on his/her work achievements, efficiency as on last calendar month.
  8. Starting pay (Temp. period) will be continues until he/she fulfilled desired skills requires for the particular position.
  9. Company has a right to terminate any employee without any prior notification.
  10. If any employee wants to leave from job permanently, he/she must give a 2-months prior notice. If he/she didn’t give, he/she not eligible for the particular month salary, experience certificate and so on. If this will happen in Bond Period he/she should pay the amount as mentioned in offer letter.
  11. Employee has to complete at least a minimum of 1 year prior to being eligible for any kind of Promotion. The criteria of evaluation are as follows, i) performance appraisal scores, ii) Attendance, iii) Honesty and sincerity, iv)Behavior with colleagues, v)Willingness to accept tasks, vi)Quality of work.
