React Developer
Full-Time Trichy / Remote 2–5 Years Exp

We're looking for a skilled React developer to build fast, interactive front-ends for our SaaS products and client projects. You'll work closely with our Laravel back-end team and UX designers to deliver polished, high-performance web applications.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain React front-ends for our SaaS product suite (HRM, MLM, Accounting software)
  • Write clean, component-based TypeScript/JavaScript with React hooks and context
  • Integrate REST APIs and implement real-time features with WebSockets
  • Optimise for performance — code splitting, lazy loading, Lighthouse scores
  • Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs from Figma
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands-on React.js experience in a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of React hooks, state management (Redux / Zustand / Context API)
  • Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering is a big plus
  • Comfortable with TypeScript, REST API integration, and Git workflows
  • Eye for UI detail — you notice when spacing is off by 2px
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS libraries
Nice to Have
  • Experience with data visualisation (Recharts, Chart.js, D3)

Laravel Developer
Full-Time Trichy / Remote 2–6 Years Exp

We're hiring a Laravel developer to build and maintain the back-end for our product suite and client SaaS applications. You'll design clean APIs, architect database schemas, and ensure our systems are secure, performant, and scalable.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs for our SaaS products using Laravel 11
  • Design and optimise relational database schemas in MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • Build complex business logic — commission engines, payroll calculations, multi-tenant SaaS
  • Implement authentication, authorisation, and data security best practices
  • Set up and manage background jobs, queues, and scheduled tasks
  • Write comprehensive unit and feature tests using PHPUnit / Pest
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional Laravel development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, migrations, and query optimisation
  • Experience building RESTful APIs consumed by React or mobile front-ends
  • Solid understanding of PHP 8.x features and OOP principles

SEO Professional
Full-Time Trichy / Hybrid 1–4 Years Exp

We're looking for a results-driven SEO professional to manage and grow organic search visibility for SWOT Solutions and our clients. You'll develop SEO strategies, produce high-quality content briefs, conduct technical audits, and report on measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Own SEO strategy for 5–10 client websites — from audit to execution
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO audits
  • Plan and brief content that ranks — blog posts, landing pages, service pages
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, PR, and digital partnerships
  • Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using GSC, GA4, and SEMrush
  • Produce monthly SEO reports with clear performance metrics and next steps
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of proven SEO experience with ranking results you can demonstrate
  • Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one of SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
  • Understanding of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO (crawl, index, schema)
  • Strong written English for content briefing and optimisation
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable digging into data to find opportunities
  • Familiarity with WordPress for on-page implementation
Nice to Have
  • Experience with local SEO for Indian markets and Google Business Profile
