Common Questions

Can I customise the commission plan after launch?

Yes. Commission plans are configurable from the admin panel. You can adjust percentages, capping limits, and rank qualifications without a full redevelopment. Major structural changes (e.g., switching from Binary to Unilevel) require a configuration update from our team, which we handle promptly.

Is the software white-label? Can I sell it under my brand?

Absolutely. Our MLM software is fully white-label. You get your own logo, colour scheme, domain, and even custom member app names on the Play Store and App Store. We also offer a reseller programme for agencies who want to sell our platform to their clients.

How are payouts processed? Is UPI supported?

Members can request withdrawals which go to admin approval. Payouts are processed via bank transfer, UPI, Razorpay, or Paytm. Bulk payout exports are available in NEFT/IMPS format for direct bank upload. We also support international wire transfers for global MLM companies.

Is the platform secure against fraud?

Yes. Our MLM software includes KYC verification, 2FA login, IP tracking, transaction limits, and automated fraud detection flags. The admin panel shows all suspicious activity and allows instant account freezing. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
