The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and cost of each engagement are defined in a written project agreement or proposal accepted by both parties prior to commencement of work.
Submitting a contact form or making an enquiry does not constitute a contract or commitment on either party's part. All information shared during the discovery and quoting phase is treated confidentially.
Quotes and proposals provided by SWOT Solutions are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period.
All professional services are governed by a written project agreement or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon in writing (including email confirmation) by both parties. The project agreement will specify:
Any additions or significant changes to the agreed scope of work will be handled via a written change order, which will include any additional cost and timeline implications. Work on the change will not commence until the change order is accepted by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, access credentials and timely feedback as required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline and, in some cases, additional charges.

Invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. International clients may be invoiced in USD equivalent.
Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower. SWOT Solutions reserves the right to suspend work on projects with overdue invoices exceeding 14 days.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover our initial work, planning and resource allocation. In the event that SWOT Solutions is unable to complete an agreed project, advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Upon receipt of full payment, SWOT Solutions assigns to the client full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for that project — including design files, custom code and written content.
SWOT Solutions retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, libraries and methodologies used in delivering the project. Generic code components and reusable assets are licensed to the client for use in the delivered project but remain our intellectual property.
SWOT Solutions reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Some deliverables may incorporate third-party software, fonts, stock assets or open-source libraries. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant licences for any such components.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, trade secrets or sensitive data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the project agreement for a period of three years.
SWOT Solutions will not share any client data, business information or project details with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
You agree to use the SWOT Solutions website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
SWOT Solutions provides a suite of free online tools (word counter, image compressor, regex tester, etc.) for public use without registration. These tools are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, reliability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Tools that process data (image compressor, base64 encoder, etc.) operate entirely client-side in your browser. No data you process using these tools is transmitted to or stored by SWOT Solutions.
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SWOT Solutions makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of information on this website.
SEO and digital marketing results are never guaranteed. While we apply industry best practices and experience, search engine rankings and traffic outcomes depend on many factors outside our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SWOT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
