Are these prices fixed or can they change? ▾
Once you accept our written quote, the price is fixed — no hidden extras. The only way the price increases is if you request additions to the agreed scope, which we handle via a written change order. These ranges on this page reflect typical projects; your exact quote depends on your specific requirements.
What are the payment terms? ▾
Standard terms: 50% advance before work begins, 50% on delivery. For projects above ₹1 lakh, we typically split into 3 milestones (40% / 30% / 30%). We accept NEFT, UPI and international transfers. All invoices include GST and are issued by our registered business.
Do you charge per hour or per project? ▾
Fixed project fee for all defined-scope work — you always know the total cost upfront. For ongoing work (retainers, continued development), we use fixed monthly billing. We don't do open-ended hourly billing on project work.
Are hosting costs included? ▾
No — hosting is paid directly by you to the hosting provider (typically DigitalOcean, Cloudways or AWS), usually ₹5,000–₹25,000/year depending on traffic and complexity. We handle the complete server setup and configuration as part of every project at no extra charge.
Can I get a quote without a call? ▾
For simple projects, fill in our
contact form with as much detail as possible and we'll email a ballpark estimate within 24 hours. For an accurate fixed quote, a 30-minute discovery call is the fastest path — it replaces 10 back-and-forth emails.
